nice call on tlt. i have no ability to time markets and for the most part no desire to own bonds outright, many times i mentioned on this thread i mentioned that I thought starwood was an excellent buy when the distribution was 10%. which does better than most stock returns. If I wanted a bond like yield that is probably where I would go if i can get the 10% distribution again. Macerich should continue to benefit from tailwinds. not buying more and understand if you want to take profits. I continue to be fully invested in the market. very underweight the top 7. still hoping for recoveries in the price of many stocks that I own. I dont know how to evaluate geopolitics either but my gut is that Mexico should be ok and if it were to diversify more out of the usa thats where i might go.

I’m back up 20% with 40% cash….so the cash is setting me back.
No idea what will work in 2024.
My best performer was META finally sold the stub position at 350 got sick of looking at the missed opportunity.
Still holding PLTR ..palantir all seeing eye LOTR up 190% …sold half position.

Catching falling knives has worked mostly….but the draw downs are too painful sometimes. Looking at 30% loss in few months can be painful.

I have 32 stocks….might as well just buy QQQ 100…..so will hold my nose and buy on the correction. Every 10% drop add 10% cash is my current thinking.
And I think we might get a chance to buy oil stocks cheap if OPEC goes flood mode.
