I believe that they are selling out their inhouse inventory to make room for the coming secondary. Prior to a secondary the underwriter needs to build up a massive short position in-house so that they can try and support the stock after the offering. Sometime before April shower a red herring will be coming our way.

Hey Candlestick -

Thought I'd jump in and buy some puts today. However, the April 60s were going for 6 3/4 when I checked. Not cheap at all!! Somebody besides you thinks this one is going to take a nosedive. Which series of puts do you suggest?
