Bullshit... Rcons slowly morphed into the party of white southern racists Since the 1960s the Rcons have fully embraced racists and christian white supremacy FDR was a Dem and gave us the New Deal. He also supported Britain before the U.S. entered WWII, while many isolationists did not want to help Britain. Sure Eisenhower was an R but those were different times. According to you the Rs were the party of civil rights until 2010, which is a monumental load of feces. Raygun played the racist crowd to attract more racist voters to the Rcon party. Raygun killed the Fairness Doctrine that allowed various right wing hate mongers and liars like Rush limpdick to spread their hate and lies. Bush's right wing SCOTUS gave us 'Citizens United' which allowed corporations to buy politicians. The right wing SCOTUS gutted the 1965 Voting Rights Act which allows states to discriminate against voters they don't like. Republicans have been a menace to society for many many years, while you voted for them consistently.
