Dave I don't think this time will be the same at all. The Administration has bungled this thing so far...no objectives, no deadline, no coalition and no real strong public support. Congress doesn't even know what the plan or objectives are. I heard on this morning's news that American troops were massing on the boarder. HUH?!? What boarder? How many troops are required to call it massing?

My recollection was that the market crashed on the news and then came roaring back with a vengeance in no time. I've got cash sitting on the sideline ready for a buying opportunity. IMO, there will be no offensive during the Olympics.
