Nicole,

Desparate people do desperate things. I don't like any of these stock dealings any more than anyone else. At this point I need $1.75 share to break even and that is a long way up from 25 cents. What should I do? If the company comes out it, I have a chance at recovering my money in a year or two, dump it and there is no chance.

The technology they have has to worth more than 25 cents a share. You could buy the whole company for less than 10 million at these prices. One paid holiday probably cost Merk more than that. If a big company like Merk wanted to embark on developing a rapid HIV test, they would burn 10 million in the first week! That's why I am holding on. Sooner or later, somebody somewhere is going to want to buy the technology. It looks like SALV not only does a lousy job marketing product to customers but also to potential investors and certainly keep us in the dark. Maybe about 3000 of us should pay them a visit on the same day.
