Why do you assume that they are all dodging taxes? They clearly aren't.
They clearly are.

Even the CNN article, which is clearly a sorry attempt to spin the truth, mentions that only SOME "undocumented" immigrants file federal income tax returns. They don't mention how many, of course.

Nor do they mention the obvious, namely that it's a complete PITA (Pain In The Brandon) to file. The benefits are just too nebulous to bother.

Furthermore, employers shouldn't even be hiring them in the first place. Who are these "undocumented" immigrants listing as their employers in their W-2 forms, for example?

There's just too much B.S. to wade through here. No employer would want to hire an "undocumented" immigrant if they could hire a legal worker at the same level of pay and the same level of productivity.
