Nope -g- Its best to either copy a picture off the internet to something like Paint, save it, and then upload it into a post. using the picture icon (on the right of "X" icon) Or if you have the picture on your PC already just upload it as before. or, it's on a website, just posting the link. If everyone can access the website, they can look at the picture. Silicon Investor only allows pictures up to a certain size, using Paint etc you can resize them if necessary.
