Huh? I wouldn't expect that to be an issue at all.

The only changing requirements I'm aware of is that there is a proposal pending to require companies to be currently filing to stay on the OTCBB. SYCR definitely meets that criterium.

Is there something I've missed?

Seriously though, what are the chances of them being delisted from the lowly BB given the new requirements? That's a real concern and they ought to be focusing on that.

Always know the facts prior to inserting foot..

From the new rules (proposed)..

nasdr.com

On December 11, 1997, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASDr) Board of Governors approved the solicitation of comment on a proposed rule that would amend Rule 6530 to limit quotations on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) to the securities of issuers that are current in their reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or other regulatory authority, and on a proposed rule that would amend Rule 6540 to prohibit a member from quoting a security on the OTCBB unless the issuer has made current filings.

Rod, after reading most of the post for
the last 6 months, at first I was skeptical
about your predictions. Now after the steady
decline in syns price it looks as though
your assumptions are closer than anyone
else on this thread. Nice call Rod.
