re. Asteroid Hyalosis - whoever came up with that name for calcium eye floaters must still be beaming about it.

I think we're on our own when it comes to determining how supplements affect us due to the variability of our individual systems.

Seems you have reason to suspect K2 is causing those eye and dental problems. If D's sidekick is part of the reason your arteries are clear, hopefully through some kind of titration program you can also get the dosage to where those unwanted effects disappear. It'd be a nice boost to quality of life.

I have 2 or 3 fried eggs a day, runny yolks, figure that covers my natural source vit k needs. Had floaters all my adult life (severe myopia) might be getting more noticeable past 60. It's a worry.
