PA & Everyone,
I just finished speaking with Russ Hintz, CFO at DCI. They are working on finishing the Quarterly Earnings Report as I type. Hopefully, if finished today, it will be released through proper channels tomorrow. Hope this helps.

To Anyone:

I've been looking over the balance sheet on the 3Q filing, and I have a few questions/observations:

1) Can anyone explain why "selling, general and administrative expenses" went from nothing to almost $300,000 between 3Q 1996 and 3Q 1997?

2) While both sales (+358%) and gross profits (+273%) were much higher compared to 3Q 1996, expenses increased by +465%. That doesn't seem like a very constructive balance. Any comments? Are there any specific reasons why we should think that this trend will reverse in the coming quarter and beyond? I know that some of you have speculated about new revenues starting to kick in, but why will they outpace growing expenses?

3) Again, while gross profits increased by +273%, outstanding shares increased by +251% which seems to be a wash in terms of any implications for earning's growth (and that's assuming that the balance between revenues and expenses comes into line). Any comments?

Overall, I didn't see a whole lot to get that excited about. But I would be very happy to hear contrary opinions. Thanks.
