Back to the 1800's when the "medicine man" came to town with his concoctions!
Half the world still relies upon the "medicine man" for their "health care" needs.

Just take this snake oil concoction, or drink the extract from the testicles of a tiger, and all your health problems will simply disappear.

It's still VERY common in Asia and Africa.

Which is why it boggles my mind how the Q Continuum wants to return to a time before the era of modern medicine.

It's like they want to return back to the Third World.
