Yes I posted the figures in #9 and #532.
I had called Steve twice about the float.
I was hoping for new information.

120 mil outstanding
70-80 mil float

not sure why there aren't definite numbers.

I hope the press releases address the $300,000 in funding that the company said it received in the last press release. There has been no SEC filing in regard to that material fact. If stock was issued in exchange for the funding, and that stock was priced at say .01 a share, there would be an ungodly amount of shares in the float. I wonder why Mr. Raabe did not make a filing regarding the monies.
