TL, I'm unclear what kind of partnership you're imagining between Intuit and Integrion. There already is some kind of interface on Quicken.com for online banking (though I agree it could be improved). OFX/CheckFree Banks offering banking in Quicken can already be present there to communicate their services. Integrion banks mostly do offer Quicken services already, and in fact with the Integrion / CheckFree deal, CF is likely to providing some part of these services. Also, an Integrion/Intuit deal was announced some time ago for Integrion banks to connect to Quicken.

BTW on AOL/Intuit implications for Excite: Quicken.com and Excite are operationally and commercially integrated in various ways not obvious to a user of the services. I don't know the details, but I don't see AOL being a competitor to Excite with this deal.
