Baird --

The source of the earnings estimates and most of the favorable quotes is a money manager named John Tozzi, who runs a San Francisco-based hedge fund, Cambridge Investments. I hadn't heard of him previously, but Worth claims his energy partnerships returned 51% averagely over the past four years.

Besides GLM, he is recommending ESV ($2.65 EPS for '98), NBR ($2.00), CDG ($4.50), RON ($3.75), and SCSWF ($1.65).

Hope this helps; please let me know what you think. I'm leaning to picking up some CDG or NBR if I don't buy more GLM.

Regards,

CMason
