Andrew, you told Jane...

<< Yes, I did say at one point I was not longer posting here, but everyone got so excited about it, that I realized you guys needed some rational critical thought here. >>

Let us be the judge of that. If you want, we can take a vote to see if anyone thinks we need your 'critical thought.'

I vote no. You can leave now if you want. We are all old enough think critically and rationally without your help. You, like Little Engine, just can't stand anyone having any fun.

Andrew,

I dont have to wake up and smell the coffee.

But I do share your concerns and therefore I am not all gung-ho on this investment. I realize the pitfalls, the uncertainty of this investment, yet I do my best to be rational enough to do my own research and realize that companies like FAMH sometimes need to find creative ways to raise cash to grow their companies. At least I am patient and supportive of the company.

Afterall....this is not IBM where you might expect everything to be handed to you on a silver platter...

Have some candy

With all due respect I haven't seen anyone here who isn't open to a
rational discussion of the stock. We are going to take blind speculation
about the company, either good or bad, with a big grain of salt.

Basically with the info we have at hand that's just about everything
except what officially comes from the company. I have seen several
posts that feel Ira is misleading us and I don't have a lot of
patience for that because it can't be proven.

Your post about the "dilution" was not an example of rational criticism.
It took "dilution" and labled it as a horrible thing that was going
to kill us all. You didn't look at the earnings growth that would
occur as a result and balance the effect on EPS. You ASSUMED a
level of dillution for the line of credit which is impossible. You
have also assumed that the company will use it totally when Brad
made it clear from his conversation with Ira yesterday that they
intend to solidify their current acquisitions prior to making more.

If I sound ticked off it's because I've thoroughly had it with being
insulted by people like you who tell me I am not open to listening
to the "facts" about the company. I was doing DD on this company
before you even walked on the thread throwing out your generalities.
At least I can say you ARE a fellow investor unlike LE, and you have
made some good contributions to this thread, again, unlike LE.
