They may or may not be satisfied. These are people who have used Zip drives, and they may not be thrilled with the slowness of LS-120. Of course, I don't know if they were previously using parallel-port external Zips. If that's the case then they will probably like the LS-120 by comparison, since they will have fewer items to carry around, and the speed difference advantage for Zip won't be there.

Still, we're talking about two thousand drives in the US. I don't care how thrilled or disappointed these people are, it just really won't make that big a difference.
