This sell off is pretty much across the board. Once again fundamentals are out the window and we have negative herd mentality. One day fall of 4% in OSX is way overdone. We should get a positive reaction tomorrow (I hope). Even FGII has given up today.

Actually, i think the 15 days was reference to time given for compliance after the Gulf War. No time table given. Just that we are ready to use force unless Saddam capitulates.
