I couldn't agree more! If the move of equipment to Henderson was decided "2 days after Lev came on board", this information should have been made public. We as shareholders can do nothing about delayed production etc. but we should be in a position to make informed decisions regarding our investment in Valence. I am upset thst calls to Valence and IR have continued to state that production was on track for 1Q98 when the decision to slip production was known in early Jan. it is now clear that selling by Cal was due to inside info rather than to raise capital to exercise options. I question the legality then of his trades. Angry shareholders may in fact be considering another class action suit. Valence management must be more forthcoming with news...both the good and the bad. Sure they are attempting to develop cutting edge technology and that should be their primary focus, never the less, their fiduciary responsibilty to shareholders must be also of prime concern.
