Bottom line: Brexit has failed.

It can't have failed. It exists, and represents government enacting the will of the people. In that perspective it's a success in that the people determine how they will be governed.

It's a success in that it expresses the will of the majority of the UK. They do not want unfettered immigration and other controls placed on them by the EU. They want to be British first, and European as a matter of geographic location rather than governance. They're willing to give up some economic growth to achieve that objective.

Immigration stats and economic stats will go up and down, but Brexit endures as the will of the British people.
