LU just announced that they are buying HP's broadband division. Does this kill the LU/ASND acquisition possibility/rumours? Is this the reason for the selling today?

Help me then, why did the NASDAQ go from plus 11 to down 3, since this morning? The Dow went from plus 75 to plus 37 now. Could be there is more effect on Techs for conflict?
