I've always had trouble and no success with nursing staffing companies. Tougher business than it first seems imo. Staff turnover, etc. I pass on such companies now. Could work out ok though.

Followed you into the position. My other staffing companies have done well (they were providing High Tech) and CTG was acquired in 2023.

R C M Tech Inc(RCMT) is a staffing company I had been watching for a long time at/near $12/share. Just hit an all time high at $30. They are also in IT Services.

Both CTG & RCMT got PE expansion so CCRN w/ a 7.5x PE appears cheap. FWIW, CTG & RCMT had a smaller market cap so their contract services were impacted when they landed new contracts. At $795 Million market Cap, still not too large if/when they land new service contracts too.
