Sue, looks good, just slowly a little each day. It looked real good this morning and then back down. I've been trying to decide what a fair price would be, but it's hard to figure with a lot of unknown variables. Need some money for surgeries. I was hoping to keep it a lot longer, but I may have to bail out.
