We are not going to book anymore with Airbnb. Our last booking is in Yuma, AZ for a month till 11/21/2024. If we make it to that point, it will have been 3 years. No more.

I have seen to much that has gone on this platform and we don't like it. Up to this point, we have benefitted financially from some conflicts with hosts, but the odds of that continuing are not good.

Airbnb is run in a very arbitrary manner. I have seen hosts accuse guests of damaging items that were already damaged and getting away with it. This is a very arbitrarily run organization.

We have been accused of damaging things that we never damaged and so far the Airbnb Court of law has ruled in our favor. But I don't see how this can continue.

This is a platform with a great idea, but very poor implementation.

CS is all over the map and not unified at all. One person from CS has no idea what the other person from CS is doing or saying. CS is largely foreign based and they make up rules along the way.

I would suggest that anyone who stays in an Airbnb take pictures of every room on the first day or two one arrives and report every miniscule piece of damage, including scratches on walls, tiles and bathtubs.

I think Airbnb will wind up as a failure and bankrupt.

Our remaining reservations allow us to cancel with a full refund as long as we notify the host 30 days prior to check in.

Prices have gone up so dramatically on the platform since we started our journey here over 2 years ago that even the CEO is begging hosts to reduce prices.

I know so much about Airbnb and how it is run.

Analysts know shit about Airbnb.
