we went to Banff a few years ago for a week. It was actually for mountain hiking or climbing. we had three choices each day of difficulty hikes. i of course took the least challenging. The women or most of them all went for the climb up the mountain.

we hiked into the mountain for about five miles. Over lots of rock , in some parts they had walk ways as it was very dangerous in spots. That beautiful snow comes down in the spring and brings a lot of the mountain with it. We brought a box lunch with us and meditated for awhile. it was so quiet, nothing but the wind. we didn't even see a bird.

the homes listed for sale in the area show asking prices in both Canadian and American dollars.

new england going to hit pretty hard this weekend. some places maybe over a foot of snow?
