Islam. So if that's true... "one violent and primitive exception" other than the genocide of Jews in Germany and Muslims in the former Yugoslavia, and dissidents in most S American Catholic Countries and the current persecution of gays by Catholics in Africa. As I've pointed out before, the last Muslim invasion of a western country was the siege of Vienna in 1683. Since that time Western Christian Countries have invaded the Middle East numerous times mostly starting when we realized our oil was under their land. We've killed... no make that slaughtered millions of Muslims. Our murders make theirs look quaint and old fashioned. In addition we toppled a legally elected democracy in Iran, instituted a dictator so we reaped what we sowed there when we could have supported a democracy. We've also propped up numerous dictatorships in the middle east. Why would there be any surprise there are people there who hate us? And most don't, ALL of my Muslim customers love Americans but dislike our government. Most of them were surprised an American (me) was aware of what was and had happened in the Middle East, because Americans are ignorant or turn a blind eye for cheap gasoline. Considering what Christian countries have done in the last century, dictatorships, mass murder on an unprecedented scale, torture you *should* be calling out evil everywhere. But... brainwashing lives eternal among humans. Each group thinks the other is "bad" mostly based on geographic location... just like religious beliefs. Not that I hate religious people... I'm just aware that the belief in irrational religions makes people manipulatable... like the MAGAs. Any irrational religion...
