Nonsense.
I suggest you invest an hour and listen to a Trump speech where he lays out his agenda.

During his first term, Trump's more outlandish desires were held in check by his inner circle, who did everything they could to restrain him.
Exactly which "outlandish desires" were held in check? Exactly what did his "inner circle" do to "restrain" him? Who were these "inner circle" restrainers?

Either way, I think this nation is headed toward a train wreck

That is the scary part that's beginning to look like a real possibility.

Many folks in this country don't seem to believe in democracy anymore.

Benjamin Franklin's statement is beginning to look like a real chance of happening now.

1930's anyone?

I don't think there will be a train wreck. The president does not have power to make laws, create money, pay off or increase the debt.

All a president can really do is issue a few inconsequential executive orders that never have any real effect on most peoples lives.

He is mostly just a overblown symbol of each parties utopia that will never become fact.

People are never happy with the direction, been like that since the start of the country.

The fascinating part for me is how invested and emotional people become in each sides vision of utopia. That will never happen. Because there is no such thing as a utopia.

The markets system will run things like it always has. Biden, Trump it won't matter. In four years time they both will be just a foot note in the history of the US. Like all the presidents before them.
