I suppose the rating means "cut back on CCSC holdings, and use the shares as a source of cash, because it's no longer as attractive at current prices."

That's just perfect for me, because I sold 40% of my remaining stake in CCSC this morning. The stock has reached my price target for 1998, and TLAB is fairly valued at its current price. As a result, CCSC is no longer undervalued. In fact, I don't expect very much from TLAB for the duration of 1998. Still, I'm holding the majority of my CCSC shares. TLAB is a great company, but CCSC is better, IMNSHO.
