Some states list the Federal Holidays in its Constitution.

Some are regional
Our Employee Handbook lists the company Holidays, and the number of Sick Days (allowed), and then expanded it to Personal Days that could be different, and saved to use later.

Check the state Constitution first and the Federal Constitution to see the total in a particular area, but a Union Contract may also name the number. The total was as low as 5-6, and now is about 9.

In one State there were 10s of thousands of mail-in votes which were never folded to be mailed. WTH?
