Most time off I got to in the private sector was 5 paid holidays, 5 sick-days and 4 weeks vacation.

Never took sick time my last decade and would use vacation if needed, which was hard enough to use up.

Company also cashed out employee vacation if it got too high.

My grandfather worked for the county Board of Elections,
and had 600-700 days of sick leave saved up, when he died.


Most libs don't work 600-700 days in their entire life.
