LR, Paul's secretary said she had 1000 news letters prepared and ready to mail out to INCE investors this weekend so possibly we will have them in hand by the middle of next week. I know many of us have lost faith in the company but I understand that Sigma7 got the money they were needing from the sale of Calif. Tube. They received a couple of million for it and Paul indicated they are putting the money to good use. More forecasts for 100 MM from Sigma this year and it is beginning to sound like he has a lock on the Connector company for PIC and licensing fees up front on just this one company will be $1 1/2 million. It appears that they are in arrangements for further financing by using Sigma 7 but will still own at least 70-80% of the company. IPO now looks to be in May or June, 98. Says he has an underwriter already to provide the IPO. This is info that I am passing along and we all will probably be filled in on all of this in detail when we get the newsletter. As most of you know, I sold in December and took the tax loss, but decided at these prices to re-invest. Regards, Jim
