Roger- I covered half my CTXS short today @ 66. I think there might be some play on the short side as it bounces between 65 and 70. Have been playing AVNT between 15 1/4 - 16 1/2 for some nice gains as well, always on the short side.

Best wishes,

Timoteo

roger, i am afraid that i really cannot make an informed decision here..{look at me being honest again!}
i don't have all of the recent facts..
i would agree that when the market falls ctxs may fall faster..
many shorts may have ran away on the recent updraft.. and now leave less buyers in the mix..
lets leave market sentiment out..and "news" out.. i know that you have some software boys and some engineers under your wing..{lets forget your opinion.. as you are too close to the trees here}
what do they think of ctxs as a product.. the comparable products out there.. etc.. is it on its way to obsoletesville?
if the bulk of your people think so.. then it would be a good long term short.. if their code is viable regardless... and they have the top solutions now.. they may be able to remain top dog, due to their proprietary knowledge, friendship with gates, and the fact that they have millions of dollars to pump into R&D and a jump on others..
{this still supports my fair price values}
unfortunately... the market looks like it is going wild and any strength into the techs may turn a blind eye once again into the "values" of capitalization..
i am short eggs.. long creaf and putting a large portion of my market money into equity options to finish off the near wipeout of my coin toss with elnk.. too bad i forgot your advice about elnk..i knew it was gonna move violently one way or the other..
i am in traction now....
