I've been telling this thread that delays are almost certain. Read up on the history of this technology and read the 10K. You will find plenty of statements telling you that this technology eats up a lot of TIME in testing. I have not seen any statements from VLNC saying they would be mass producing batteries this qtr. You heard it from posters (imposters) on this thread. It's you fault for not doing your own research and calling VLNC yourself for information. If you believe 10% of what's said here you are in for big trouble. (crap like "I talked to Cal and he told me...." or "he has a big mortgage payment so that's way he sold" or "a big fund manager told me he is buying..") It all comes down to someone succesfully mass producing these batteries and VLNC is as close to doing that as anyone I know of. Good things happen to those who can wait No, I'm not happy there are problems but I know I will be very happy once they fix the problems. But whatever you do don't believe what you read on this or any thread because most of it is a lot of BS from folks looking to seperate you from your money.

PS...judging by the latest runup in price, once they DO announce something investors consider positive imagine what they will be willing to pay for this stock.

I think we're still in the game Robert. Let us not forget that Lev Dawson is a major stockholder. There was no selling by him.

His decision to take the bull by the horns and move R&D to Henderson is not a bad thing. Presumably, Vlnc can devote all their resources, full time, to getting the bugs (scalability problems) resolved. That certainly will be more productive then sending people back and forth
to N.I. as, he Lev pointed out.

When Lev was asked if Vlnc is beating a dead horse, he said no - these problems can be solved. He continues to reiterate 1Q production. Although the number of batteries will not be great, it will be a significant milestone none the less - an industrial first.

So what we have at the moment is a disappointment, a setback that in the real scheme of things is irrelevant - if Valence can produce.

It took courage to make these decisions and I'm glad Dawson did what is necessary to move this project forward.
