I've measured 5 to 10% with smooth water.

That's compared to another array that is on my property not exposed to the water.

Same type of panels and installation angle.

If snow was the reflecting surface it could be up to 40% gain.

That's what some of my friends have measured in the mountains here in Washington at remote off grid UHF comm sites.
