Trump was under assault from the Dems and deep state right from the get go and even before the election. Bill, Yes, a lot of democrats/media stomped their feet for nine months, as not one of them had a better suggestion as to how to handle the pandemic. Utter bullshit. The states that locked down and instituted mandates had lower death rates than the states that favored the Swedish model of keeping everything open. (And even the Swedes gave up on their own model after noticed that their death rates were higher than their Nordic neighbors.) As for Trump, the way he dealt with the pandemic focused on two things: denial and blaming China. I keep telling you, had it not been for the pandemic, Trump would have coasted to a 2020 victory. And no, I don't buy the argument that President Hillary, for example, would have suffered the same fate. She would have dealt with it the way Dicktator Cuomo did, and she would have even won an Emmy for her efforts, deserved or not. Tenchusatsu
