Money supply is growing.

As a side comment see Copernicus theory of money supply

The quantity theory of money is a theory that holds that the price of goods and services is directly linked to an economy's money supply. It was formulated by the Renaissance astronomer and mathematician Nicolaus Copernicus in the 1500s. According to the theory, if the amount of money in an economy doubles, all else equal, price levels will also double. Copernicus also postulated the principle that "bad money drives out good", which later came to be referred to as Gresham's Law

..... and BTW so is also the supply of GOLD if trough the earth core or supernova in the universe and high energy spallation Spallation - Wikipedia or Cosmic ray spallation - Wikipedia

My opinion is generally in line with this:

seekingalpha.com

I think that QCOM is undervalued, not overvalued. It has been undervalued for a long time.
