Good Morning EL,

The longer they decide to go around the Cape, the more ships will be used. That will delay the supply lines AND make the shipping rates for all ships much higher (in a world of excess ship counts).

When Biden sees the shipping rates building goods inflation just before the election, he'll grow some gonads and take out the Houthi's.

In between costs shipping costs build inflationary costs.

Allowed to continue, that will keep rates high to higher for longer.

That's how I see it.
