NAV = $35.17 by my calculations as of close today (a discount of $0.17!) This includes the 962,740 shares of ChromaVision Safeguard said they bought (close this week?) at $8, but I didn't discount the purchase price. In fact, cash/debt is not considered at all, but if anyone has any ideas for this...then add the private companies...etc.

The calc. does include the next rights offering, DocuCorp, at the # shares SFE will own AFTER the offering, at a price of $5 (too low, I'm sure). But without DocuCorp, NAV falls to 34.78, and we get a slight premium again.

A happy shareholder,

--John

John, What is the deal with XL Vision? From the press release it looks like they issues some stock on their own which SFE got a piece of, but not SFE shareholders.

BTW I pick up another block this morning @35--wish I had bought it last week like I said I was going to but I kept waiting for Asia to knock the market down some.

Neil.
