Mr. Kolb,

You mention speculation that because Mr. Teo is a large shareholder he "may" be able to influence the board, etc. Let me remind you that the biggest shareholders of CRUS are still institutions. Mr. Teo would have to go after them in a proxy fight to control as much as some have mentioned on this site. Now I am not saying that this is not possible but I am saying that it is highly unlikely. Most of these institutions have been long on CRUS and will remain so. If any one of them wanted the existing board out they would have done so a year ago. Now with two fairly decent quarters in a row and with no reason to believe their fourth quarter will be any different, why would they let the likes of Teo have control? Think about it. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Again, I am not saying that he has no influence but I am saying that there are others with a hell of a lot more.

As I suggested before, I think you might find it interesting to take a look at the Musicland thread , another Teo buy. Also, see posts buy " michael r. pedensky " and the latest" Mark Reir ". I wonder why a big reputable investor Teo would need a "person (maybe plural) who knows him personally" posting his intentions on internet chat boards.
