see my post 2868
anyone have comments?
i'm new to this stock so don't think i can make a good guess to eps.
looks like we need $700,000 extra profit from sales this quarter to break even. if we paid for the cyberfax and dci costs last quarter with the $ from smtk deal then i would assume to see profits from those divisions. if we also include worldpass revenues and earnings this quarter, eps could be higher.
any guesses on eps?

samir

KEN.. I agree.. I don't see how you could be happy with the stock price going down in the face of two major acguisition announcements. I also agree with the buyback as a means to support the price as too much lower movement might cause a major exodus by those in for medium term and this would further suppress the price. SAMMASTER I don't think you could count Worldpass Revenue this QTR as the deal hasn't been finalized yet and anything could still happen However, I could be wrong.
