Damn, I don't have Excel either. Was hoping you were gonna keep us updated. Wonder if you can download a demo copy somewhere that would work for the auction?

Jim, I downloaded the FCC tracking software even though I don't have Excel on my computer. I tried it using the Quattro Pro that was on my computer and, other than some minor formatting problems, it looks like it will work OK. You might want to try it with whatever speadsheet software you have. FWIW, I checked CNET and found some shareware type software that says they are compatible with Excel files. Does anybody else fing it a little ironic that while the government is pursueing Microsoft for monopolistic practises, the only format they will publish their data in is Microsoft Excel? Every company that is bidding has to have, or go out and buy, Excel. I guess that's government for ya.
