Apple's solution: UPGRADE your hardware. It's not just Apple of course. Part of online not working is web designers are, of course, supplied with the latest computers. Their bosses also have the latest so they never find out how bad some sites are. The exception is Amazon... at one time as a seller I complained about the code, I must not have been the only one, Bezos figured it out. But not before they fired me from selling for having "too many negative reviews"... I had a 99.7 positive rate. It was pretty obvious that the designer got me fired. Bezos is pretty sharp on that stuff. The only thing I don't like about Amazon is the search engine isn't very accurate, on purpose I think. One wonders if Tim is so isolated as the management at Amazon once was. No doubt there are a lot of people there who try to hide their screw ups and incompetence. It's just human nature at a corporation of that size.
