Eric, while you're busy trying to explain away the 140% figure, you should also explain how you can capture meaningful solar energy from the reflection off a nearby body of water.

Then you can explain how sunlight during the winter time in the Pacific Northwest, combined with the reflections from the snow and from the water (coming in at different angles, mind you), can add up to a total energy output that can exceed the rated wattage of a commodity PV solar panel.

Maybe if you put a gigantic magnifying glass in front of said PV panel ...
