To All: Warning to shorts/opportunity for longs? This is pure speculation:. IPIC's filled recently (2/97) sched 13 forms declaring ownership of 5%+ of the shares in each of its subsidiaries (ITRC, etc.). Could this mean they are getting ready to spinoff these companies to stockholders in the way of stock dividends to save some assets from the lawsuits and just give shorts a head ache? Could they legally do this given the pending lawsuits? Pancho
