FORECAST.... In line with Juanita's thinking from the charts, NPEC will hit .228 sometime in April this year. Probably won't see it's previous high of .38 this year. After April, stock price will drift slowly lower like last year. could still be a good strong long term investment, but has a long ways to go to break out of the "penny stock" catagory.

Someone is in Deep and trying to stop a financial fiasco that may be in the wind over the next few weeks. If my guess and it's a guess only comes true there are some folks that have depressed the influence of this issue and are now on a date with the front of a train out of controll. Will be fun to see what the next month or two brings to the eagles who were flying high at one time on NPEC short money. It's pay back time for some of the stock players to sit tight and see who comes out of this with the olympic gold the longs or short! my money is on the long's if that makes a diffrence, na thought not what's 3200 shares any way. Keep on trucken no news and .03 cents in 3 days I can live with that. Just waiting for it to hit the firm number of .11 and over as we should see fun from that point forward IMVVVHO.
