If I used grid power at home it would average of about $45 a month. But I don't use the grid. Power comes from my PV solar array. Average charging time to go over 230 miles about 25 minutes. Never had a problem charging on the road with Tesla Superchargers, even on a couple road trips from Seattle and Tucson totaling over 7,000 miles in Jan of 2018 and 2019. 1500 miles each way in just two days. About 700+ miles per day covered. And across the U.S. a couple times. West coast to East coast and back. Not a single problem!
