Juli, it is with great sorrow that the one dollar man has returned, as I have said last week, if we do not hold 2-5/8, we are going down and hard. It is probably because crude is crashing, but the reasons are of little importance. The fact is that it broke and there was no buying to come in and support the stock means to me it is going back and could break 2 this time.

Juli, In theory, I think a united secular state sounds like a good solution. However, I am also aware that the CIA pumped up the Christian population from 5% to around 40% which translates to a bigger demand for land and another reason for more fighting. I guess the best we can hope for now is that Dr Garang listens to the advise from Jimmy Carter and not be falsely influenced by the CIA for an all or nothing situation, but rather get to the peace table and negotiate. Ed
