I'm also hoping for a pop based on any hype surrounding a Y2000 announcement, but we may be too far along into the cycle to get any significant gain even if the announcement occurs. All I'm asking for is 6 1/2, such a simple request. Actually, I have mixed emotions on the fundamentals of this stock, and am probably leaning towards a negative opinion. This company is only a systems integrator in their own mind, as in reality they are merely a collection of 4 Computerland stores. Nothing inherently wrong with that, but the valuation metrics are significantly lower than for an SI. Given the intensely competitive environment for computer stores, a 10-12 PE is not a screaming buy, and PSRs of 0.1 - 0.25 are not uncommon (well, 0.25 is probably on the high side, unless you're a CompUSA).
