No, the copy is only for reference. It is not loaned out anytime. But it is not in any great demand -- I have never had to wait for it, unlike Value Line, or even S&P's "Outlook" newsletter. However, in another nearby library, they have the California Technology Stock Letter and the demand for that is HUGE! Recently, the library asked for suggestions to add even more newsletters. I recommended Bill Staton's "America's Finest Companies". If they do get it, I will be a regular reader of that one, for sure. Dipy.
