The press release does not say if the insiders are actually paying the company cash for the stock or if OAIC is "loaning" them some or all of the cost as is often done when stock is bought from a company by insiders. That makes a difference in how positive it is. Earlier Christine Reich reported buying 11,000 shares for between $19.38 and $19.94 each on November 11, 1997 and November 12, 1997. Presumably those were open market purchases for which she had to pay.
