So you are basically saying that if we flash the panels at more than 1000 watts per sq meter at panel temp of 25C it's impossible for them to put out more power?

You really dove into a swimming pool with no water on that one.

You're not quite saying that right. Solar panels are rated by kilowatts (kWs), not kilowatt hours (kWhs). The sun provides about 1360 watts/square meter on the Earth with the sun directly overhead. In an instant in time, 1.6 square meter of solar array (typical panel size) at 20% efficiency may be generating 1.6 x 1360 x .2 = 436.2W. In an hour of steady 436.2W production 0.4362kWh of electricity is generated. Power is also reduced by atmosphere and cloud filtering and panel angle to the sun rays over the day bringing power production to the 0 to 350W/panel range, or 0 to 0.35kWh/panel range.
